I don't know the whereabouts of Tom's terrapin or the parts.
I do know that when Peter Morris bought Tom's Metro Mini, it was running an Arden alloy 8 port cylinder head. But that head dropped a valve and was badly damaged, don't know if it was ever replaced.
The Metro is slowly turning to dust in a yard somewhere in Maraval.

This car also originally had an 8 port head, 4 Amal carburettors and a 9000 rpm crankshaft.
When we bought it, it was just a frame.
We are running a Suzuki GSX-r 750 motorcycle power plant.

I completely forgot about Tom's Metro. Pity about the head damage... that engine used to work VERY well.
