Port 21,22,23 Open for no reason

Postby sharkmouth » April 20th, 2014, 11:18 am

I have a blink connection,i have no programs setup to use the ports, all the running services are legit and my router and firewall has none of these ports forward. Can these ports be open on a blink network server which the port scanners is scanning and not my machine. Can some one test this please

i am using this on line port scan http://www.whatsmyip.org/port-scanner/server/
