Pretty sure it's the battery

Like cinco said - do the easy things first.
Jumpstart, or replace battery with one from your friend's car and see if it starts. Then work from there if that doesn't work. But it does sound like a dead battery (leaving lights on etc)

@ Details- yes best to confirm with body shop first.

Concerning the switch, is it that your power locks stopped working? Or you just want to add the switch to your door panel? Highly unlikely you would find it on any US website (LHD only).

Best bet may be the bamboo for that.

Dredman1 I check it out by the body shop... they confirm that it's the bracket that connects to the retainer that I found... as for the switch my vehicle didn't come with it so I wanted to put it in .

Hey guys,

Looking for the fuel pump and in-tank filter for the Mazda 3 - 2007 model. 1.6 engine. Any idea where I can check for this? Or purchase online?

hi folks,

Got a 2007 Mazda 3.

Was driving the other day and all of a sudden the brake pedal began to feel soft(North Coast road!!). I would have to step on the brake pedal lower than usual to slow the car.

Carried the car by a mech he said that the master cylinder rubbers need to change. Well one cannot buy the rubbers alone you have to buy the whole part which costs about TT$5gs from SS.

Anyone experienced with similar problem?

Thanks

Sure is not rubbers in the Booster he meant maybe? You could get a booster FU if it is that. I mean, I haven't checked SS recently on the price of a MC but I not sure about $5000. I have issue with my car right now related to that but can't pin point whether is the MC or the Booster. I just find that the brakes don't give that bite even though I am using ceramic pads and I have to mash a bit harder than I would in another car to come to a stop. Let me know what you find out though because from the stuff I have researched so far it has been indecisive whether it is my MC or Booster.

If you at a stop like at a light, does the brake pedal slowly sink down and you lose brakes?
Had a Mazda 3 but can advise as I had a similar problem

My Fellow Mazda people!

Just want to get an update on men who switched from premium to super fuel if they experience any problem with their 3 since they raised the price.

You can get he RBI bushings for the cradle. If your mechanic is informed enough he will know how to get out the old ones and press them into the bracket. I did that to one of mine over a year now and it going strong. The RBI isn't that expensive either. If you are getting linkages for the front I suggest you cough up the money and get the originals; I didn't have good luck with the aftermarket replacements so I just got fed up and cough up the $700 to SS and all has been well since.

Wildcard26, where'd you get the RBI bushings to buy and approximately how much did they cost?

X2 with using only the original end links. The replacements all fail quickly.

Well I got them at Princes Town Auto Supplies but I am thinking that if you look around you might be able to get them. If you are from South here is the number 655-7633. I can't remember the cost at the time but I am pretty sure I didn't pay more than $200 for it.
