Same except that happened with SMA gold...switched to similac for fussiness and gas worked like a charm. Not all brands of pampers fit the same. Had leaking issues with Pampers brand Huggies fit better IMHO.

Amit wrote:rain man i have a few question for you im shopping for baby gear
where did you buy the recaro pro rideseat? if in trinidad apox price?
can this seat work for a new born?
which stroller did you get
what other items did you get for the baby
we are new to this
thanks bro
Rainman wrote:No problem, glad to help. The Recaro Pro-Ride is actually our second car seat. The first was a Graco snug-ride which has a range of 4-40 and was perfect for newborns, when my daughter turned two she weighed 25lbs and although she was within the weight range for the car seat she is taller than average which made it uncomfortable for her to stay in longer than 1/2 hour. We bought the Recaro on amazon and shipped it to our property in Florida during a promotion sale. We paid around 140USD, they usually retail for 200+ I can't imagine what it would cost but i think you would raped on the shipping charges.
A lot of people go nuts with the stroller, it all depends on your personal preference. The Graco came with a system that allowed us to snap the car seat into the stroller but it was extremely bulky, when your kid is able to hold his/her head upright you can buy a lightweight umbrella stroller which is ultra portable. Other gear i would recommend:
Thermometer
Pacifiers (if you choose)
Don't buy bottle sets until you find one he/she is comfortable with, then you can buy the set.
Bottle brush for cleaning bottles easier
Dreft laundry detergent because you wont know what dyes/materials they're allergic to
A microwave sterilizer for bottles and pacifiers
Burp rags and cloths
Bathtub
Hoodie towels make it easier to hold them properly when taking them out of the tub.
Onesies are the perfect go tos for newborns
Sunshade for the car window to keep the sun out of her eyes.
Mucus extractor
Thermos
Vicks vaporizer for when he/she develops a cold
These are in no particular order but feel free to hit me up if you have any questions.

ok. i was more referring to the rubbing action.
also most babies are allergic to Johnson & Johnson products so look out for it.

if you referring to the ones that roll down, dont waste ur money, its useless because the car door glass it not "square" like the shade so the baby still gets sun. Just take a blanket or towel and stick it with the window.

Good tips there Trac.
Should I walk with my own car seat? Not visiting family, so we'll be travelling via cab/taxi for all ground trips once we touch down.
