can't speak for halogens but I just upgraded the bulbs on my STI to Osram night breakers and its 100% better. the light output from lumens test i did personally showed 4300lumens.

a lot of people say, its only bulbs, stocks would do but thats not true, generic bulbs put a lot of strain on your eyes!

What's the capability of the night breakers in the night when rain is falling. Is it difficult to see the roads?

Most hids are difficult in the rain. I only have them installed about a week and haven't used the car in the rain. There are numerous vids online ablut the night breakers . Fb blocked here so I can't embed them

no experience with those nightbreakers but i used sylvannia silverstars on my old subaru and they were exceptional as compared to oem. they were like 30us on amazon and concerning bang for buck i cant see anything else someone could do for their non hid/projector vehicle that would be as beneficial

Got Osram Nightbreaker installed on Hilux and BNIB Sylvannia Silverstars Ultra on hand. Anyone with a lumens tester wanna see which is brighter? We can post results here.

I have these:
www.sylvania.com/en-us/products/automot ... ultra.aspx

Only ever used those and stock. For low beam they are sharper but I'm not sure if they have to be adjusted? I noticed my cut off a bit lower but visibility was improved. High beam is a separate light and those are... well... blinding  They're around 4300k so they start white and once warm up, they are a bit yellow.

Brought in these also (used on a hilux):
http://www.sylvania.com/en-us/products/ ... r-zxe.aspx
These are closer to white and it's even brighter than ultra's.

Both are expensive though but I have the ultra's since 09 without issue.

Guys hear this, am about to buy the phillips bulbs right but am seeing it have

Crystal Vision Ultra
Extreme Vision
Diamond Vision
Vision Plus

Which one to buy

Note I don't like the bulbs that give you the blue effect but it's a white light.
