Guy Fawkes Threat to Petrotrin about oil spills

I remember a few weeks ago that a video on youtube was on news with a threat to Petrotrin and it was threatening them to take the blame for the oil spills. Now on BBC is an international journalist is reported to have been arrested and charged for acquiring information illegally and then posting up videos as such. The animation used is exactly the same including their logo. Think it's definitely related?
