k so im looking for the present owner of this car, last known to me to be a black box lancer, chaguanas area i think... Reason for this is being that the car is registered on my name, and i will be migrating this country soon, so i want to get things in order before i ride out. thanks....

I once sold my car and it changed owners at least four times before that guy asked for a transfer. I don't know why $150 is so much money to spend. It was a nuisance.
