A couple American ICBMs each with a nuclear charge should quiet the dear leader and let him know his place.

The people there live in a world where 7PM news is about a RPG hitting a US Aircraft carrier and special effects of the 1950s (as if an RPG can even scratch a aircraft carrier) and then the dear leader climbs out and walks on water and everyone cheers. A nuclear ICBM strike against any nation from any nation in this day & age has the potential to trigger a global nuclear war, & those effects will be felt everywhere & in every way, even in small nations that have no active military role in it
