Does anyone know where I can have custom aluminum frames built like the picture attached. Or suggest any other alternative material I can use except wood.

DO NOT go to MK Asgarali....they did custom aluminium for me and royally fuckedit up
IMO if you have the budget, find a US supplier and ship it in
Lifetime Roofing can do some decent work out of PVC

Doesn't abs do this? Qpsl will be able to do it in steel

any particular reason for aluminum apart from being lighter and no rusting ?

casfab has done similar stuff for me but out of steel.
they are very good at this kind of custom stuff.

No reason in particular for wanting to use aluminum, I am open for advice on different materials, Pugboy do you have a contact info for these ppl.
