anyone xperiencing internet problems ........greendot

about 2 weeks I,ve been xperiencing internet speed problems, tech. came checked told me everything good, same prob. called office reps says they not seeing any problems with my connection on their system, same tech came back and check my pc which is fairly new and told me that the problem is on greendot behalf with their transmitters in both mount st. benedict and calvary hill.
so bottom line is I have to live with it or upgrade again to a faster speed which before this I had no problem with my 256 connection.............what do guys think any advice or comments

Definitely slows down from 4 pm till 11. Outside of those times I get full speed.

real problems recently.....dropping ...whole weekend was without internet....

they claim that their tower was down.....

greendot tech came this morn and changed some frenquency signal.....will see how it goes....

flow......every year for 5 years now I calling dem and they keep saying they don't have service in that area........talk about backwards.........a area like santa rosa surroundings.

Thanks to 3ne2r info, caribel installed a 5Mbps/350+tax/mnth where neighbors virtually have no flow or blink hard-line connections so GD is better than digicel hotspot 6Gb limit and blink on da go is pricey/low bandwidth. I could only imagine what slow speeds are like, maybe frames freezing and buffering just when you cue up da bess part of da porn and your gun was gonna buss wid it.

I'm on 3Mb package.. don't know how the DL speed was that high tbh.

3Mb is 230, 5Mb is 344

Man my GD interne cut off yesterday evening....now came back on this morning....
I hate paying for this crappy sevice....when i do call in all they say is that they will pass on the information ...
