that's a sausage?

Anyway why not make your own, its not that hard to do once you have the correct size grinding blade and seasoning then form in a patty and grill or oven bake for a finish like that.

Lol @ "sausage."

Lots of grocery stores have patties for sale. Lots are crap though. Best make them yourself, it's not that hard. If i could do it .. anyone can.

Do not buy sausages. Make your own. Processed food always has added sugars and other sheit you have no idea about. Cereal binders, high fructose corn syrup. MSG. They care about profit, they don't care about your health.

So save some money. Buy some fresh or frozen ground pork/beef at the meats section in a big-chain grocery. Season it how you like. I suggest some a very small amount of local fresh green seasonings (culantro, chive, garlic, hot pepper), sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and a dash of Bitters. Don't add caraway seeds like the usual recipes you would find. Make a seasoned batch and freeze portions in zip-lock bags. When you want, take out night before, thaw and ready to fry in the morning. Save your wallet, save your heart.

Here's an excellent video from Food Wishes that I use. Good channel to subscribe to!

Always better and healthier to make ur own burger patties

Cud never see how some people fuss about spending a little extra time to prepare themselves a good meal than to buy these fast foods, processed foods, quick microwave meals etc

HiLo has better Brand awareness in TT than Massy so since I work there will interject whenever possible to change this general thought and as a result will hopefully secure my job for another 6 months wrote:

Breakfast sausage.
You can get them in Naipaul's.

Butterball also has a turkey version with the meat ground and seasoned that you can either cook as bits or form into patties.
