Need advice on how to refinish clear coat on wheels

I've seen a few videos online but I'm looking for advice for diy for above. Original coat on my 5Zigens fading & cracking. What liquid stripper should I use (not aerosol)? Also what aerosol clear should I use? Any recommendations where to get said items in central?

Recently refinished a set of wheels myself. Sourced the paint stripper at bhagwansing's. manufactured by penta and was in a gel form. Used duplicolor clear after everything was completed
