Southern Sales how good are they?

Postby regone » September 16th, 2014, 8:40 am

Hey guys I'm currently in the market for a new vehicle and is seriously considering the new mazda 3. I heard a lot of horror stories about Southern Sales after sales support and the prices to service new cars. Anybody willing to share their experiences as i don't want to shell out money for a new car and still have headache in the end.

Saw a thread where someone said they have no more service appointments available for the rest of the year. We are only in september.
If u miss service intervals it is detrimental to the longevity of your car

Very good vehicles but very, very poor after service!!!would not recommend. Own a BT50, did 4 service by them and it just got worst every time until I just stopped and did my own service. Also ensure that you inspect your vehicle for any scrapes, scratches or dents before leaving the compound.

If this is true why are you still considering them or even making this thread?
Anyway, the horror stories are true. Take your money elsewhere.
