can any one remember school opening tomorrow and for some strange reason the night before you have a high fever that use to happen to me alot

The first term of a new academic year brings with it many downers.
-The depression which follows a relatively low stress 8 weeks of holidays.
-The negative anticipation of the return to hustle and stress.
-The prospects of 3-4 months of annually most severe traffic congestion.
-The need in many cases to introduce the young ones to new schools.
-The general worry about your kids out there in our world with attendant dangers.
I have learnt to 'accept the things I cannot change' and by necessity we all have to engage in thinking which facilitates better coping and tolerance.
Time management, family and personal discipline will always see you through.Actually a letting go of the feelings of foreboding is a real big help and must be accompanied by some tolerance and flexibility.
The major positive come from viewing this time as a new year and establishing some real objectives to be achieved by July of the following year.
In terms of the 'kids', parents have a real responsibility to keep them in a positive frame of mind and must remember that negative vibes are infectious (avoid these).
......This is how it is ,we must just deal with it.
