stable economy
stable political landscape
relatively safe (high crime but no terrorism,wars etc)

To me, all countries have the same ratio...some 10s, most good to average, few mamps...

that said, 80% of trini women to me are above 7 in the looks scale...of all races, indo, afro, doh matter...
