Carry some lime, onion, peppers etc as they make a good ceviche when very fresh...dont forget the crix though

Flavour is wayyy too strong for ceviche compared to prime candidates like mangrove snaps, only way i treat fish like cavalli and bitter young carite is to soak fillets in buttermilk/milk+lime,vinegar for a few hours.

Definitely, i love tuna. Used to get a long time ago but that source dried up. Used to get the tuna tails too, to bubble a pot of fish broth.

I recently stated back after some years of not going on a small boat . Those reputable boat renters should post their contact information . When I say rent , they will provide the gas and driver , go for live bait and then fish for 6 hours or more . What facilities the vessel has , engines , size of vessel etc .

Routes , 1st bocas , 2nd or 3rd . north coast or the Savannah
