From what I see here the image shows a disparity between how humans treat different animals. The cat we feed and pet and pamper (it has on a bib) while the other animals are referred to as livestock and are carved up without emotion, even for the cat to feast on.

"All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others."

Thus showing up the hypocrisy and skewed morals of humans.
