info needed on stock boosted,D15b

Honda guru's have a little project on hand . Plan on turbo stock d15b approximately 8psi boost and a few other upgrades like ignition and fuel. Plan on making anywhere between 130-180 . Can the stock automatic transmission handle this boosted application . Reason being want to keep car stock not into manual conversion to much work.

stock auto handled 135whp just fine.

u mite burn the clutches in the tranny
install a external tranny oil cooler

and it should last a few months depending on your driving

if its a cvt go manual

but a s20 box conversion cheap about $2000 in the bamboo and any good mechanic could do that swap in a a day normal only problem if u wher cvt u will have to built the top gear box mount .
