ok well being a driver all over the country I will start with
1) Central (mainly chaguanas drivers)
2) people who drive without common sense- wrt giving someone a chance(you seeing a man trying to reverse out of a parking spot onto the road, line of cars ahead of you not moving but you drive up and block the man anyway)/taking a chance when given one(drivers stopping to make a right turn and you pause to give them the opportunity but they decide to wait an extra 5 seconds to make sure you come to a stop).
3) hunger, having nothing to eat for more than 6/7 hours while on the road
4) tiredness (easy solution is to forget deadlines and drop into the slow lane/sunday drive mood and let everyone pass me by<better to be late than early with an accident>)
5) police of any kind (foot patrol/highway patrol/escorting vehicles)
