I'm sure detectives and moles are beating the streets of Norfolk right now trying to find out who that shipment was intended for.

Unlike Trinidad most of these cops have degrees, studying for their degree or have some level of tertiary or vocational training/skills. Just look at the way they spoke in the clip. Listening to local police talk is no different from being at a rum shop.
