Okay, since this is the thread that I post the most in, i'm letting you guys know that I asked admin to change my name from xfactor, to avoid the confusion seeing as there was another person with this name before me. I trying to be different so I might go with Hyperion or Antaros if nobody have those names yet.

I've heard that you must bleed large fish when caught after fight.. can anyone tell me if this applies to tarpon as well or any fish spiecies for that matter. Caught a tarpon the other day both only bleeding was from gaff really..

Experienced fishermen can u advise..?

Thanks

Yes, bleeding helps the meat to be much fresher and helps the fish to cool down alot faster...we usually bleed all the bigger fish we catch...

how do you guys store your rigs to avoid them getting tangled?

I'm thinking to use some snap lock bags to store them individually....but where can I get them to buy?

I don't mean Glad or Ziploc eh....something cheap

if you have the time to build a small rectangular wooden frame with slots top and bottom to store rigs straight and easy. ive been planning on making one but havent gotten the time yet.

D bags good to store ur rigs but when u just ready to bust out quick from d beach or wherever when u done fish, I does just grab a piece of newspaper and ball it up with d rig with d sinker too, till I reach home and could rinse them out before putting dem back in d bags.
