Well ietv now dropped a story where employees from the named dealership held after 2 cars were stolen on Friday

I just saw on tv6 that 5 cars were stolen from tttl barataria compound

CNC3: On Saturday night, bandits entered TTTL's compound, where they tied up a guard and made off with a Hilux and a Prado. It was said that the vehicles were fitted with GPS systems. Three employees of TTTL were detained in connection with the incident.

Just on cnc3, four persons held for theft of vehicles left for servicing at Toyota....three are/were employees. Not bashing, it's now public...

Can any lawyer or anyone knowledgeable in law say if disclaimers are legally enforceable or can be legally upheld.

Small update: Car still hasn't been found. Police found the other vehicles. If you see a vehicle matching the description let the owner know asap.

Police found most of the vehicles, blue corolla wasn't one of them. Owner says call Rapid response if the car is seen.
