Bring Back SOE and ban carnival?

We had an SOE but had approx 400 murders last year. Allyuh have to be joking.

If an SOE means cleaning out the TTPS and regiment and locking up the people high up as well and the henchmen, rolling out our sex offenders register, cleansing and computerising LO, increasing and computerising our criminal/ fingerprint databases, rolling out our DNA database, changing our laws to allow video evidence in courts, increasing our DETECTION & CONVICTION RATES tenfold, and just plain showing criminals large and small that you damn well mean business, etc, etc, etc,then bring on an SOE. Heck, I all for that.

But doh tell me SOE to claim crime gone down for 3 months. LMAO of course it would go down.
