Have to agree with xNeXuSx and Rainman - I'd recommend the OEM pads as well. They work great, and lasted me quite a while.konartis wrote:also i need to change my brake pads...any advice which to get and where to get them, search the thread...getting mixed reviews...

Ask him what would he pay for an 08, 2.0, leather n fabric, disc brakes X4, 5 speed ( plus OD) paddle shift very fast for non turbo, full keyless operation and entry, silver with flat black rims and 2013 pioneer mixtrax dvd double din. RORO tho. not really selling but at the rite price maybe.....

Any ideas on where they might be available locally then (the OEM mounts), besides S/Sales?

Ended up going with generic mounts, as I was unable to source oem Mazda ones outside S/Sales and they needed replacing urgently.
Turns out all 3 were totally shot. As you would imagine, the car rides MUCH better now

It seems that the rear and left side mounts for the 1.6L are the same as those found on the 2.0L. The right side mount (the large oil filled one) is different. Note this is just from my observations of pics and vids I've seen online - I can't confirm in person.
If I need to change them again though I'll order those 2 online from Mazda dealer.
