Anything I should know in terms of setting up?

And I heard that Apple devices have/cause connection issues with Flow. Any truth to that?

I Would Blame Flow Not D Routers ...

Noticed a reduction in speed during this month. Thought was flow but was really the wireless router I was using, since speed was normal connecting directly to flow router. I use the Linksys wireless G router, have this thing working constantly 24/7 for the last 4 years (only taking it off to wipe off the dust on it now and then . Thought it finally give way. Then I realize a couple other wireless networks coming up when I do a scan. Decided to change the channel on the router and everything back to normal. Linksys normally use channel 6 as default, so if other routers broadcast at this same frequency it might cause some interference I assume. I did have to try different channels though before I found the right one. Tried channel 10, worked a bit then same problem, then channel 2 wasn't working at all, and finally settled on channel 3.

My internet was very slow too, I tried resetting my modem changing channel, dns etc

Flow ended up changing my modem and boosting the poor signal in my grey box outside. All is back to normal so far.

On a side note though, the guy from Flow left all his tools by me  when the guy came back, He start to give me stories about "a time a man thief his tools and what he do him", and "how he knows all what he have in that pouch". He lucky I didn't run him.

Well if you don't know what I talking about then I guess it would be a no Lol.
I know I had that problem using Google DNS and switching back to flow DNS helped.

When last you unplug your router and unhook the coaxial cable for a couple mins? Did that with mine a couple times when it worked like sheit, fixed the problem at the time

^^ yeh they said cheaper than "what you are been offered"

as i said 2 mbit was good as in never got lower than 2 .. use to hit 3-4
torrents avg speed for me was 300-310 on a 2mbit connection
just fear the flow problems i usually see on a daily basis in this thread " boi ah gettin lower than 256k" or " jed ah cya even stream 240P"
for the years i got them i never had that problem "knock on wood" prob 2 times max in years and was sorted out in 3-4 days .. i know others had really bad experience with them but i duno..
i will find out more about it and post back

btw soundboy64 PM me how your flow working as your close to my area

gastly i paying $303 for a 4mb with blink. As with u i have no problems wrt connection. Since they gave me a new router when i had blink tv at the time it never gave trouble..only when occasionally it loses wifi connectivity i just have to reset the router and that is that.

but honestly..if i getting 5 times that speed with flow..for the same $300 well that's a no brainer..now everyone around me gone flow digital..no complaints... I called to sign up with flow but they have to make sure i in d system first or sum so..so once i confirm that i go organize one time.

$70 per Mb when the next package has it at $20 per Mb.

Not really worth that. Better to spend the extra $60 for the Turbo 10.
