don't ever "chop" a snake especially if u don't know if it is poisonous. The length of a cutlass is to short, if I have to kill a snake I try to be at a distance of at least twice the length of the snake.

Rainbow boa it is....nice snake, too bad most trinis too ignorant about wildlife to know how to treat with these creatures. Hard to change the culture of a people that grew up knowing to kill all snakes by default not to mention throwing garbage out their cars, breaking traffic laws etc..you get the point.

Im not ashamed to say that my fear of snakes is above normal i think. Therefore count on me to not even kill them.
