Generally, KYB shocks are very good. The Japanese manufactured ones would be MUCH better than those from Thailand. I did buy a set from Auto Village for an NZE Corolla but these were Japanese made and cost $495.00 per front shock. This was about 4 years ago though. KYB supplies Toyota with shock absorbers that come with brand new vehicles out of the factory, but these are the Japanese made ones and you know Toyota's reputation for excellent ride. Does anyone know where you can get Japanese made KYB shocks in Trinidad?

Yeah, I am not in need of these at the moment, was just inquiring for future. You can message me with the prices for the 2009 Corolla if you want though.
