Hey Guys am In d process Of Purchasing a roro of vehicle with engine size 1500cc engine am 22 yrs of age. who will be a good insurance company to insure my vehicle with. Looking at reasonable and good benefits Who shall I go with?

Make sure and get roadside assistance and make sure you know how much the car's manufactoring company charges for a windscreen and installation and cover your windshield for that amount.

Make sure you get a vehicle security system.
Check to see what are the major discounts availabel as well ie. defensive driving, using credit card to pay premium,

Remember you would not have a no claim of safe driver discount until after the first year.
you can expect to pay 8000 premium per year for a 70000 vehicle valuation.

I do not recommend Colfire or Tatil, same owner basically!
Recently got hit from rear by person ensured by tatil, 1st party. I was ensured by Colfire,1st party.
Person agree was wrong and all that. Guess what....my insurance started to tell me what would be paid for or not. After fighting and to avoid long story. They want to pay d price of new Taiwanese parts,with depreciation of 45%. My car was licensed 2 yrs on TnT with no previous accident.

Go Sagicor, they fight your claim in court of need be. Once they know they will win, actually pay to d monies to repair and and handle d court stuff by themselves.

Pay your money and go Guardian General..prompt claims and you don't pay extra for any of the benefits. Yes you will pay more in the earlies, but at your age its not going to be cheap anywhere...might as well get proper coverage.

dont forget to tell them u want flood cover!!!
flood is something u have to ask for,, it isnt automatically covered.

ok not to jump on the OP post, but i'm 27 looking to get my first car. have been driving for the past 7-8 yrs, defensive driving cert, no accidents. looking at a local used car. what would my options be looking like? non drinker/smoker

i am with colfire price isnt bad considering that i am 19 and i drive a pickup . but i have defensive driving certificate so that helps a bit with the cost

@Karlos are u fully comprehensive or third party? Where u did your defensive driving?
Whats ur premium for tje year?
