Would have to assume it's a bit of both. Sometime round 2009, we'd experienced massive flooding in barataria and there was a mattress(I kid you not) being forced out of the drain on 3rd avenue near the traffic lights. People throwing anything anywhere and wondering why the place flooding.

Not seeing any lightning but getting thunder and sky overcast in San Juan. Moderate winds a few minutes ago, place very quiet now. Hoping it doesn't rain in the morning, hard enough to get a taxi to work already.

EDIT: Finally, saw lightning a few seconds ago. Anyone north getting rain as yet?
