Legalize it - Yay or Nay?

I for one am pro legalization of marijuana. There is no logical reason for it being illegal, and I hope I live to see the day one can enjoy a spliff as easily as one can enjoy a beer.

From what I understand, there are varying levels of potency when it comes to kush and all other grades of marijuana. Real kush is supposedly extremely potent.

They could implement a license system. A license to smoke, a license to sell and a license to grow. Each license would have to be renewed much like a driver's license. Money would be saved by not having persons guilty of marijuana related offenses tying up the courts and crowding the prisons. Money will be made by the license fees. It's a plan that needs refinement but would work if they gave it a try.

X2, from a literal sense, any marijuana found naturally occurring in the Hindu-Kush valley from Afghanistan to pakistan, over northern india, is called kush...by extension, any commercial strains sharing genetics from these 'kush' plants carry the name...

cannabis indica is the subspecies native to that area, and only grows naturally there, sativa is found everywhere else practically. the indica plants from this area were used for making hash and usually were more potent than most other strains, so, the name stuck and was associated with 'real haaaad ting bai'
