not the first time it happened....there a guy close to my neighbourhood had his GT Lancer lic'd PCY, only to be told that he had to bring it back to get re-lic'd PCZ....

has even happened with Gov't vehicles, I was driving a Gov't car when I saw one in front same make and model with the same plate, took both cars to licensing and it turns out the private vehicle was the legit one and the State vehicle had to be re-licensed
