The stl100-4 does not have the 1900mhz HSPA band required for local 4G

Q5 replaces the midrange curve devices, it looks decent and performs just as fast as a Z10

No word on price yet, but the device works on bmobile network

It doesn't have the beauty of the Q10, but it isn't bad looking either, the focus on this one is battery life and cost/value for money

EDGE I am not sure but any phone can get EDGE these days, but both Bmobile and Digicel use 1900mhz for HSPA/HSPA+data services

Hey Guys, I updated to OS10.1 (Z10 user) and so far I have noticed a bit of updates that are quite helpful. However, I was hoping BB would do something about their horrible (my opinion) music player. I dislike that you cant select a folder and play the contents inside the folder like how I use to on my 9810 when in File Manager. I sort my music into folders and load it on my phone which I believe is much more simple than creating a set of playlists.

Probably I dont know the functions of the music player well but I dislike it with a passion. If there is any app that can be downloaded that will allow me to play music stored in folders please advise me accordingly or provide me with some insight on this music player on OS10.

Thanks and Regards

Just updated to 10.1 via USB. I have arrived at two problems:

1. I cannot access the device memory via USB on the pc

2. I restarted the device to see if I could solve problem #1 and for the past half hour, it has been booting extremely slowly.

Any suggestions?

What is the OS version as shown in the settings -> about screen

I'm using the same one, never got any such problems, if you have a backup of your device you can do a wipe and then restore.

I would suggest the battery pull as well for 30sec

And to be sure, you did set up the device in BlackBerry Link right?

I not willing to risk a wipe.. I wiped my last berry and the software never reloaded properly.. I sent it to fix.. the guy never got it to reload

Yes, I did set up on BB Link.. I will try the battery pull and if that doesn't work, I'll just stick to access on the card and manually move files to the phone memory if I need to
