I saw it in the Gulf City Digicel main store...looks ok ....not bad runs android 4.1 Jb...kinda neat for just $600.00......

It could be unlocked, is basically an alcatel with digicel print on it xD

The correct name for the device is the

Alcatel One Touch 4030a

there is also a 4030e and it is my understanding that the 4030d is a dual sim version.
