Everyone has the ability to do something amazing. Some just do it on a more regular basis. Ram Trucks in dealerships everywhere. Man of Steel in theaters June 14th.

Why would Superman need any kind of car? He can fly, he is not Batman or anything...

he cant fly to every single place he goes and land without people seeing him and it would be weird if he didnt own a car of any kind as Clark Kent.

I read a review in the guardian for man of steel today, well, I skipped through most of it for fear of spoilers included, at the end they gave the movie 2 out of 4 stars and said it was not as 'deep' as the batman trilogy..

Its basically boils down to exactly what Amy Adams said in an interview, There are going to be ppl who want to love the film and there are going to be those that want to hate it and bash it for every single flaw.

I am one who wants to love it and appreciate the fresh take on it and take it for what it is. All these critics bash Bay too, but he keeps blowing sheit up and making billions with his movies lol.

^^ just like fast 6 and fast 5, we see the flaws, but that doesn't mean they're not good movies. they don't have to be perfect to be great.

superman, was never as deep as batman. batman was brooding and sorta callous, but superman was more upright and fair, even optimistic in a way.
this recent telling tries to get a little deeper and show another side to him as a living being not having a perfect background, by exploiting the fact that he is an alien.

you can't make all the movies the same way. this is a different character to batman, this is superman not batman.

well said sMASH.

Saw it last night. It was a good film. It has its flaws but it was a eye candy from a visual standpoint with good acting all round. People looking for something as deep as Dark Knight need to look elsewhere...this is not that kind of psychological character study.

Man of Steel opens at $21 million Thursday night alone, beating "The Avengers" mark from a year ago

So far so good for Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel, which has reportedly opened with a $21 million box office from Thursday night alone.

Deadline is reporting this, of course, as the film has apparently crossed $21 million via $9million in midnight showings as well as $12 million in corporate group sale screening programing at 7pm last night. It marks the highest box office opener for a superhero film, besting last year’s The Avengers which opened at $18.5 million Thursday night en route to a $200 million opening.

Saw it today.
I didn't see to much 3D in it.
I liked how they did the story. In the present and remembering things in the past to bring the story together.
The Superman suit looked good. Zod black suit under the armour looked good too.

Read that review as well. Seems very uninformed about the character of Superman. They said it took two hours for the first joke. Smh. From the trailers and reviews this is the Superman everyone has wanted for a long time.

Superman is an ideal that we all strive for. The part of us that wants to change the world for the better and all mankind.
Can't wait for this movie.

This has to be the gayest thing I have ever read.

On topic now, 3/4 stars on rogerebert.com, good review from Peter Travers, 57% on RT but that's expected because it's only fedora wearing neckbeard phaggots there so disregard

Saw it and was really good IMO, the route they took with character development. The action was extremely entertaining and plenty full. It actually seemed like how fights wud be like with Superman's power

Well then you're a complete toolbag. Superman is an ideal, a symbol of hope. At the end of the day he does what is right. That is what he was from day one. It's what sets him apart from other super heroes. Marvel does not have super heroes with that ideology.
