yes i have the same problem...i am not getting netflix either.

it kept going all day and coming back. a while ago modem went berserk and was off for about an hour....almost went into respiratory distress before i cuda reach d lanate

What ever their problem was...cable modems were not able to get ip addresses and complete the registration process...unlike the previous "outage" where slow speeds were a common symptom, the cable modems were operational, but i recon that last night was the end of that.

Really hope that these problems dont start happening regularly now.Had to use blink & be reminded of the pain & frustration,ended up using phone as a modem cause even bmobile 3g/4g is better than blink.

Buddy of mine told me that the reason the downloads are so slow is because of the issue that happened on Monday, apparently they're doing some sort of network load balancing and while we do have connectivity, downloads won't be up to par.....

Is this why my torrents stick on "connecting to peers" ?

Same problem; not even what I am seeding is connecting. I have randomized my ports and encrypted the connection but still nothing.

I wonder if Flow is blocking the trackers?

Actually yes they were.

I have an Astril VPN account, and was able to torrent normally once I logged into it.
