Does anyone know what are the prerequisites for getting a panel van registered with 'P' rights? I know licencing office registering them either 'T' or "H'
it has to be registered under a church, mosque, temple, etc that is registered and recognised. Also can be under an approved non-profit organization, like youth groups etc.
i have one PBL, toyota hiace if interested selling for $80K. 1998 model, automatic, 8 seater.
