best fish for a broth ?

yeh i was thinking that in my view the best fish for a broth is a power or if you get a red fish head a big one but also what does make a good fish broth is - grouper ,

any other taughts on this matter ?? :bday:

i dont like bony fish with plenty spikes.

but i never buy fish to make broth, and have never made a fish broth.

So cyar help yuh there.

LOL @ the guys saying snapper and grouper broth is bony, ya'll eating babies(its the best, absolutely). Kingfish and mahi(bullsoup) makes a good one for pelagic species.
