The Express was told that they were last seen on Sunday night, when they left home separately to go the apartment they shared in Port-of-Spain, during the week.

You say you welcome the soldiers getting power of arrest but don't care if persons involved in drugs get snuffed out. Most of the murders here involve drugs. What crimes specifically do you want to combat by giving soldiers the power to arrest?

Rip to the both. A good point to note is many people install gps alarms in their cars. The primary reason is to track the car if its stolen.but we should also show a close friend or family member how to track the car. Reason being in this case if the family realised they were missing, probably they could have tracked the car, assuming it belonged to one of the victims
