Go get a SLR if you want a better camera......
That doesnt mean anything, look at the actual camera tests and photos of the same stuff taken with the both phones and see the huge difference in picture quality For my purposes camera is important, and with an s3 i wouldnt even want to take pictures
I think sony phones are the best cameras on android, but cant find any comparison videos with just pictures taken The Z is pretty sweet though, might be the best out for a while IMO

you would need an american credit card (i used my sister own) just for confirmation sake, so it won't take any money from their card. Then you get an app to download which you use to upload your music.

All I did was go through the sign up process, while on a VPN, the downside is you won't be able to buy music, even if free.
If uploading is all you're gonna do, then VPN shooed work, if you wanna buy from play store, even if free, you need a form of payment that they accept for those types of purchases, i:e what Stephon did?

I dunno what it is you all did but I "buy" free music all the time from google music. Ironically I use my iPhone + VPN. once your card works with google wallet (as described earlier CC with US address) it works. Sadly I have a ton a stupid free music.
What's even cooler is that I don't even need a VPN now to access Google Music, for some reason I can log in without a VPN or Unblockus. I "bought" about 30 free tracks in total.
To upload its /really/ simply. You just download the program and choose how you want to sync the files. It monitors the folder or iTunes or whatever and uploads automatically. And yea it works great with Digicel 4G.

For some reason it doesn't like me enabling mobile data, I don't know if its because of the German FrequenciesNormal calls work though.
Also has Media Share which my Tab 2 has to share files using DLNA. Use that to watch movies through my PS3 (once its a supported format)
