know a fella had a fall out with his moms and tell her " stupppeess i moving out this blasted house cya live here anymore"
he build a house 20 feet away on the same land/fenced house and put a ladder to go into it. ah asked him why no stairs he said " boi diz for when ah go to wok ah could carry de ladder and meh gyul cya horn meh cause she cya come out de house and no body cya go een"

Fellas try looking at Omega Building Systems in O'Meara. The system they use is as safe as concrete and provides insulation and energy saving benefits.

checked docs...they ain't cost effective at all!

i dunno how they getting business for those homes at all..

they got alot of business a few years ago when it wasnt that expensive....

they built all the prefab houses down south at toruba......

they also built alot of houses / apartments......

they already made their millions....

Docs townhouses are priced at 3 units for $1,000,000. They won't build single units.

They told me this over the phone.

Depends on what area you looking at
range from 1 mil up for a 3 bedroom

Person told me Space and Bhagwansingh house (along with some other big name ppl) was built with this. She said it works out great for complicated architecture. Although I have already decided I wont be using it

valuation of traditional brick house is $550 / sq ft. porcelain tiles, standing seam 26g steel roof, gypsum ceiling, a/c, external and internal mouldings, steel panel external doors, fully tiled bathrooms, vanities, internal laundry, porch, carport with motorized garage door, hot/cold plumbing, Appamatte wood kitchen with granite countertop, full electrical for dryer, water heater, pump, a/c, welding, gate motor, garage door, dishwasher, range hood, cable wiring so no need to run exposed cable wires on ur wall, landscaping, drains, septic tank, etc.

Thread bump here...anyone actually living in one of the houses built by Tiahco or knows firsthand someone who does. I have seen one of these houses go up about a year ago and it looks pretty darn good honestly...Would love to hear some feedback from one of there actual clients.

how much more does it generally cost and what are the typical building times like?
