So fed up up this crap!!! Can't believe I'm saying this but Bmobile FTW!!!!

^^^ Have to be your area or something. I had a VOIP call through Vonage, a skype conversation (video) and streamed radio, HQ Youtube...all without a hitch (east west corridor).
Digicel conducts it for me.

And absolutely no assistance from digicel. Other used a tmobile sim last week and it worked like oil when I was in Florida. As soo as I got back got a 2 mbs dl speed and right back to this crap.

Doesn't matter where I am. Piarco, pos, Central, mayaro, la Brea, point Fortin, princes town, San Fernando, galeota, st. Augustine.

It's on an iPhone 4s and a 5.

No I didn't go into the pos main office. I don't really have the time.

Strange is on the 16-17th I was getting normal speeds then it just stopped again. On both phones.

I think I'm being throttled.

Second, visit them at their POS office. It's zero use knocking keys in here.

havent been through this thread. But 2 weeks ago a representative from Digicel called my phone, they offered me a week 4G free. Though i told the rep my phone was only 3G capable, she insisted that it could still run the 4G setup.
Anyone care to explain that to me?

by 4g they really mean 3g.... it''s just marketing trick... according to your phones specs, it shouldn't be able to run 4g/3g, unless its a latin america/america specific version

Need some help this my problem I have a sgh-i777 s2 samsung ,before that had a 9900 with digi so they called offered me 2gb of data for a month ,so I agreed ,i followed there instruction but the data never work phone did say 4G ,so I thought it was my phone so got the s2 ?but same problem 4G comes on but data doesn't work when I press *120*4# it says I have 2030 mb of data ,any suggestion ? Well rite now I still on my blackberry data plan and well only whatsapp work called digi bout 10. Times no help at all ,any one can help me out please

Had that problem last night with a same i777 on bmobile, was an APN setting problem.

You need to call them in and tell them to switch the data from blackberry to non blackberry or at least remove the blackberry from their system. They have the capability of telling what device you're using the service with and that's probably why the connection isn't working. I believe Aaron 2NR posted about this before.

your data plan maybe a blackberry data plan and not a normal data plan,the data plan for blackberries are diff. as they have their own server...so u might hav to advise them that your data plan has to be changed.

or the data plan is correct and tech. in digi needs to register your phone in their network.

Anyone else 4G down? It was working up to 2 hours ago... Now it's just dead for me.

EDIT: Talked to an agent. I'm not alone. It's an issue on their end and should be back up in an hour or two. My first breakdown with them
