so you're saying it's not possible to review your fuel / service bills for your gas car for the last 10 years, and decide if purchasing a diesel vehicle will be the cheaper alternative for the next 10?

Besides PTSC has gone from a 100 non A/C buses to +300 A/C including an executive service. They bring over +100,000 into the city. The next progressive step would be mass transit.

the person asked for a cost for the project and he gave a comparison of money already spent. so we shud review all public transport and choose this alternative? at the end u converting to something different right?
i tort he wud compare it to the cost of the pt highway, water taxi, public transport cost.
