good buy or not flooded out '06 PCA Ford Focus

Thinking on a lil project with this 06 ford focus Wagon was damaged in the recent diego martin flood , it's company owned and was cleaned inside out by them ,they asking $18,000 neg , car not starting,electrical problems could be ecu or other stuff, they was giving a quote to fix over $90,000 ,Sr20 or 20v blacktop conversion or LEAVE ALONE ,seeing online the ecu cost $75 used , $300 new

18k, that's a forkin steal, i'm sure a good electrician will get that sorted out easily, or a simple swap and rewire. Can't go wrong there at all.

but remember its not only engine electrics u have to worry about
headlights/power windows/wheels sensors

and forget 20v swap ... that car weights way over 3000lbs ....that engine will be dead in there if is speed u looking for

What? the 4age20v is comparable or slightly more powerful than the original engine.

Engine had to be changed. Car remained with a funny smell though!
