HTC announced their Windows Phone 8 handsets today.

HTC 8x is the current flagship and HTC 8S is their low end handset. Nice looking phones...however the 8X resembles the Nokia Lumia!

I have a simple question that may have been answered before. Can't rummage through.
Does the win 7.5 join a homegroup well?
Looking at a Lumia 800 (ahainst the HTC one x).
Used one over the weekend at home and I love how it can use my one note stuff off skydrive (was problematic though). I love that phone and the homegroup abilities could be the deciding factor.

did u buy a screen guard that wasnt designed for the phone? it may be blocking the proximity sensor so the phone doesnt recognise its away from your face to light back up

I love my 800, only complaint so far is that it doesnt have a close all apps button like on android with their trash can. Other than that is really great, smooth as silk, just as fast as the iphone 4s,& 5 even the s3 in certain tasks and with certain apps...i've tested it.
When the 920 drops in price i will get that.
