id upgrade to the alienbees eventually....i just bought a cheaper kit to learn a lil etc...not going big into it like some of the guys here so couldn't justify the investment at this time.

i was looking at this





using one to connect to the pc sync cord to fire both strobes.


my canon 7d can fire my speedlights if i want to shoot with those alone.....

WOuld these wirelessly trigger flashes from a rebel t2i?

I have 4 of those yongnuo triggers, they work great, they are cheap, they have a very long range. They may have 1 or 2 misfires now and then, but for the price, they are a great alternative to the pocket wizards.
Yes Dharin, they will work wit the t2i,but your flash will have to be in manual mode. they dont work with the ETTL or TTL systems of canon or nikon

Trying a ting here....

Not sharp (probably motion blurr), focus off, contrast bad (probably because of plane window.)

Have ways to get around these problems. Hope you don't mind my edit, but I have to process shots I take from my chopper flights offshore sometimes, so I know the potential in the shot and the common pitfalls..

Nice truck. That I did there was a little contrast, saturation and darkened the overexposure with the brightness slider in irfanview. I saved with sharpening which helped with the out of focus fuzzyness. Had plenty noise which I did not remove.... it just got lost in the sharpening I guess.

havent played around with it too too much...i had lightroom 3 before..thats what i use to edit pics...

i'm recovering from knee surgery so just home these days..so havent gotten change to shoot anything in a while...right now i'm just purchasing some gear to start back next year and do it sideline
