Matte blue Navara

Does anyone here by chance know who painted the matte blue Navara that is seen in south?
I want that matte finish when I paint over my car.

theres a matte black to that bmw seen along the EW corridor as well... looks sweet.

has a matte blue accord on fluorescent green rims in arouca, with RACE TRAC on the windows,,looks great

is d lancer I wha paint over...I have seen some matte black paint jobs but didn't look good...who ever paint that Navara and accord did good work...any recommendations?
