ranger crankshaft oil filter /strainer

I need some help please can anyone tell me what the proper name or even part number is for whats shown in the attached pic, it came off of my ford ranger 2007 wl engine the mechanic said its located in the cranckcase it was totally clogged i wanna get it replaced or know if it can /should be cleaned and re-installed???

I did they are out of stock so is southern sales its the oil pump filter apparently

if i may ask
what oil do you use? how often do you change?

dude the stuff I found in that def didnt come from my use , its a used vehicle engine job was done on it previously , the kinda sediment I found in that sheit eh , there were pieces of rubber , metal filings ,even a piece of wire about a millimeter long . I used castrol hypuron , oil change every three months my weekly use is about 450k a week.
Engine died may 20th may she rest in peace , im swapping engines but the new engine has a different filter , mechanic was swapping some of the parts , the sump , the intake , the turbo . I def cant put that filter back in we think that was the prob in the first place.
