W.T.K. the best tech to repair a soundstream tra1400.2

i have one of these amps but the current tech says its leakin current and only blowing the last two power resistors. He is beginning to get frustrated and so am i so i need a new amp repair guy.
name and/or number of any pro's to repairing these amps would be appreciated
btw i am located in the east but as it goes right now location shouldn't be a problem once am guaranteed to get the job done

jessie's electronics...he's located right on pinto road on the hill....he's the best in the east hands down

heard a few vehicles from him and was totally displeased...

He may not be as good in installing...but his repairs is superb and looks completely stock, so do a review next time.
