Because his gyal/sister/mudda's pic is not on a public site.

They knowing went to a party, their pic was taken, if you have a problem take it up with the photographer or website that first posted it.

Listen pal, I'm a lawyer, so I'll give you some free advice.......the pics were posted on a PUBLIC website, as long as they are watermarked or the poster credits the site, you can't do anything about them being here on tuner. As someone said earlier, take it up with the site.

And for your argument regarding making fun of the pics being wrong.....thats the opinion of the people on tuner, you can't do anything about that. Come like you see ah man in public and laugh at what he have on....you think he could take you to court for slander????
