Today on the menu would be Curried Shrimp & Dhal Puri some left over duck and some freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. :)

I ent even in Trinidad and I cooked pelau yesterday just becuz is a trini tradition for carnival ;) .... i cuddnt find pigtail in South africa so I made beef pelau.... Missing ah lil golden ray butter and ah congo pepper :( but still bess
